About Me

My photo
The way I see it, the time is NOW... for change to come & happiness, health & strength to be found. As of 2012, this has only changed in the way that I have stumbled upon an amazing at home business venture that has given me the avenue to ACTUALLY help transform peoples lives. Funny thing is, that's been my goal all along. So now I not only share who I am here but what I do. The fact is that anyone of you can actually find your happiness & success thru allowing the right connections to occur in your life. If you are on my blog... you made it here because you are looking to shift, strive, smile &/or change. Well now, I can help guide you to do any & all of the above thru personal motivation, life changing products with an outstanding reputation & LONG list of testimonials, substantial savings with our shopping annuity & incredible business opportunities to actually call your own... While never having to leave the security of your current J O B! Never be afraid to give something you know nothing about a chance; at least to hear about it. Then you can make an educated decision to pass it up not an ignorant one. The opportunities exist.

This week just wasn't productive... this week I felt defeated again. There are always so many people that make a difference on how you view who you are, when you love so many. What you have become... and where you've evolved as a woman, mother, wife, sister, friend...

But the bottom line is that I can never be perfect and I will not allow myself to feel broken from within. My family is an amazing one and I will accept everyone (faults and virtues) just as I deserve to be accepted.

It has come to my attention that every amazing woman has their moments where a hard time coping with what life has to fling at them is inevitable. And with that in mind... Know this ladies...

The strength that you need to see each and every day through is within all of us! The faith that you need to believe in humanity is within reach with your higher power at hand! And the love, understanding and acceptance that we are all meant to share in this life time dwells within us all!!

There is no way that working out or not working out this week will change any of what truly matters in your life. The secret is to get back on the horse after you've picked yourself up and dusted yourself off... because it's what YoU want for yourself.... not because it's expected of you.

The desire to reach your goals will keep you motivated enough to create change!!

Have an amazing weekend bloggers... and enjoy the following ...

4 Exercises That End Back Pain

Learn how to banish back pain instantly and prevent future injuries and aches

Stop Back Pain

Is your back bothering you? Research shows that moving more can be the best medicine. Here, four ways to send pain packing.

1. Stretching

WHAT'S THE PROOF? A recent study found that stretching is just as effective as yoga at reducing back pain.

WHY IT WORKS Stretching of any kind, whether static (you hold the pose) or dynamic (you move through a complete range of motion), can help improve flexibility and decrease back-pain risk and symptoms.

TRY THIS MOVE: HALF LUNGE
Stretches hips, calves

Stand with feet staggered, left leg in front. Bend front knee about 90 degrees and lower back knee a few inches from floor. Press right hip forward, feeling a stretch along front of hip. Hold for 20 to 30 seconds. Switch sides.

2. Yoga

WHAT'S THE PROOF? Two recently published studies found that people who practiced yoga had less pain and more mobility than those who simply followed a self-care book on back-pain relief.

WHY IT WORKS Yoga combines stretching with strength and balance poses, which help shore up weak muscles and release tight ones. It's also a stress reliever; tension can lead to a tight back.

TRY THIS MOVE: CHILD'S POSE
Stretches back; improves relaxation

Sit on heels, knees hip-distance apart. Exhale and lower torso between thighs. Reach arms forward. Hold for about 30 to 60 seconds

3. Strength Training

WHAT'S THE PROOF? Physical therapists have long advocated doing traditional resistance training (using body weight only, bands, dumbbells, or machines) to improve strength and regain function, especially for everyday activities.

WHY IT WORKS It stabilizes and strengthens your entire body. "Back pain can occur when muscles are not prepared for a certain movement, whether that's lifting a heavy box or carrying a child," says A. Lynn Millar, PT, PhD, a professor of physical therapy at Winston-Salem State University.

TRY THIS MOVE: BODY SQUAT
Strengthens legs, glutes, core

Stand with feet hip-distance apart. Bend knees, shifting hips back as if sitting into a chair, and lift arms. Hold for 1 count; return to start. Do 10 to 15 reps.

4. Pilates

WHAT'S THE PROOF? A small Canadian study found that patients with nonspecific lower-back pain who did a Pilates workout for 4 1/2 hours a week reported significantly less pain and disability 1 year after starting the program than those who simply followed a doctor's care.

WHY IT WORKS Pilates strengthens the core muscles that support the spine, decreasing your risk of injury. It also boosts flexibility, making it easier to move without pain.

TRY THIS MOVE: PELVIC TILT
Strengthens pelvic floor, deep abdominals; stretches lower-back muscles

Lie faceup on floor, knees bent, ankles under knees. Exhaling, gently tilt hips up slightly, keeping butt on floor and flattening spine. Hold for a few seconds, then inhale and return to neutral (starting) position. Do 5 to 10 reps.

Well, when life calls... you have to answer! Dad was admitted to the hospital again... And then all the errands had to get done. Not even any time to train for the new SHOP.COM/CHANGEFORLIFESHOPPE business... Thankfully pops looks like he will be out by Friday and they took good care of him. Tomorrow, I will have family from out of town over and I NEED to ensure a good run in the morning before the reunion. We'll see how that goes.

Today, I had my supplement cocktail and then 2 egg whites with another half an avocado. Snacked on a 100 calorie Special K bar and an energy mix of soy nuts and dried cranberries. Lunch was at Panda Express with noodles, shrimp and beef! It was a late lunch at about 4pm... so that was also dinner. Hydrated well throughout the day...

Life likes to take it's punches people... What counts is that you stay in the fight and get up when you're down to fight back!!!!!

ToDaY I started a new health supplement that I have found that is all about maximum absorption and huge benefits!!! I am very excited to see a change in energy and over all life changes!! So, to start out my day I had a cocktail of the OPC3 Antioxidant and the Advanced b Complex before breakfast or brushing my teeth. (Key factors for my body to take in the ultimate benefit of the natural supplements) 25 minutes after that I had 2 egg whites and half of an avocado for breakfast. Now I am about to have a pear for a snack and in about 1/2 an hour to an hour from now, I will be working out to reach some very specific goals. Following the work out, will be the protein shake. As for dinner and 2nd snack... I really have little to no idea. Lol... But the plan?

Now that Lent has come and gone, my faith in my creator has made it possible for me to reach my weight goal and incorporate outstanding fueling habits. I WILL be attempting to live life in the same manner indulging in high carbs, processed foods and sugars as limited as possible. It helps to keep in mind that my body gets NOTHING good out of most of those items! ;) (MinD over MatteR...)

Now, later on tonight... I will be adding a second post! Check in again... You may not want to miss it!!! =)
