So every other day we're hitting the gym for some cardio that we're trying to break thru barriers with. And getting some strengthening in. I've lost all organization as far as MY routine but it's all good since I am at the GyM with my love and my baby.  There is no feeling like seeing change in progress! I feel like I am finally living the way that I should!!!!

Today I also found out that my blog had a little bit to do with motivating a young man to reach for and find his limits by training for his first Marathon!! I gotta' tell you, ThAt too made for a good day. He asked for some pointers on fb messaging and I gave him all I know. Helping people believe in themselves and knowing that they are willing to challenge themselves just a little bit because of what they read on fb or on this blog makes EvEry minute that I spend on these worth it!!!

Diet in the last few days has been alright. Need to make more of an effort to get more small meals in as usual. Even hydrating has gone down a bit. But it's been a busy week full of changes and adjustments. What more can I say...

Gym night tonight and party all night tomorrow for my Queli!  <3

1) Eat the RIGHT fats...

Saturated and Trans fats are UNhealthy because they raise you levels of LDL (so-called "bad cholesterol"). Trans fats may also lower your HDL(or "good cholesterol") levels and increase your risk for heart disease-not to mention weight gain.

But unsaturated fats (which include mono-and polyunsaturated) have important benefits.
They promote satiety, reduce hunger and minimally impact blood sugar. That's important because if your blood dips too low, you may experience cravings, brain fog, overeating and low energy, making it "fiendishly difficult to lose weight."

This day has been a tough one. Going to the gym yesterday from 11pm till about 1am had my feet like bricks ALL day. So, I do apologize for not getting to the helpful hints that were promised to be posted today. Tomorrow is as good a day as any! ;)

Hydrated well, had 2 small croissants in the morning. A salad for lunch and 2 small pork chops w/white rice and lima beans for dinner.

Today was the Insanity fitness test again... I made it through the whole thing!!!! AND my numbers HaVe gotten better. Yeah!!! Later on tonight (about 11 p.m.) o_O I'm hitting the gym for a tread mill work out or some upper body strength training w/ my baby and our bebe.  ( It should be the strength training... )

Hydrated well all day and got my vitamins in. Meal # 1 was a croissant w/green tea (and great company!) Meal #2 was some of the dry grain cereal. Meal #3 was 5 small baked chicken meatballs. Meal #4 will be a b-b-que boneless rib meat sandwich w/low fat shredded cheese (or two). After the gym... at about 12:30/1:00am... I may have a little protein shake...
