About Me

My photo
The way I see it, the time is NOW... for change to come & happiness, health & strength to be found. As of 2012, this has only changed in the way that I have stumbled upon an amazing at home business venture that has given me the avenue to ACTUALLY help transform peoples lives. Funny thing is, that's been my goal all along. So now I not only share who I am here but what I do. The fact is that anyone of you can actually find your happiness & success thru allowing the right connections to occur in your life. If you are on my blog... you made it here because you are looking to shift, strive, smile &/or change. Well now, I can help guide you to do any & all of the above thru personal motivation, life changing products with an outstanding reputation & LONG list of testimonials, substantial savings with our shopping annuity & incredible business opportunities to actually call your own... While never having to leave the security of your current J O B! Never be afraid to give something you know nothing about a chance; at least to hear about it. Then you can make an educated decision to pass it up not an ignorant one. The opportunities exist.

Pain is inevitable. Suffering is optional.

It's been four days since my Achilles' tendon has been reattached. Maybe I should have thought accepting 'any size' scar out twice. Lol It's a big one... O_o

But the truth is, my main concern was NOT cosmetic but functional. After the full two years of healing and recovery, I AM looking to regain my competitive nature. Unfortunately, my patience is definitely not doing well with all of this.
Thankfully, I have many loved ones checking in, visiting and helping us out with meals and taking our little ones out here and there.

Not being as young as I used to be helps me to be realistic about the rest and healing that my body needs to go thru. I'm in no way looking to hinder any progress by a fast kick at being 'Super'.
...those days are long behind me.

Feeling like I barely got thru the third day after surgery 'ON' pain killers, has me humbly taking in these last few days pain killer FREE. Lol
Those pills have too many side effects for me, so we're just going to take it one day at a time without those.
Everyday I am on a full dose of Opc3 antioxidant, Bromelain Plus and Vitamin D with k12. ...with the Multi, Orac Antioxidant, Calcium & Vitamin b complex to supplement for natural healing from the inside out.

Being conscious of how I fuel is a huge help since I am moving around VERY little. By Monday I will be looking to start my TLS nutritional shakes in the mornings with my Complete Greens and possibly some fruit. Leaving only two small meals to worry about.

Wrapping things up...
My mind is not at it's best right now but my heart and soul are helping me to keep things in perspective. There are many variables to why things feel so much more difficult than they really are. The main one being the motorcycle accident that our son was in on Sunday night and all the back and forth with that surgery this week along with my post op week.

I am working everyday at staying positive and knowing that as tough as each day is right now, we are truly blessed and moving forward one day at a time.

Until next week... Happy Blogging!

Healing comes from the heart and all that surrounds you.

Okay... Today was my surgery to repair my ruptured Achilles' tendon and I have to say that all of my family and friend's prayers and well wishes are immensely felt and appreciated. :')

The professionals who had me under their care were amazing and left no room for anything but my heart felt gratitude.

I am eagerly awaiting my Bromelain Plus for rapid healing; I am in great hands with my loved ones; I am 'trying' to eat right since I cannot stay active right now; and we were blessed with my son's motorcycle accident last night ONLY leaving him with a (severe) hand injury and some bad road rash.  ðŸ˜ž

Needless to say, extra bottles of Opc3 Antioxidant and Bromelain Plus are being ordered TODAY. -_-

Let's see what tomorrow brings.
