No work out today. Ate a small bowl of special k cereal for breakfast with skim milk. Had three strips of grilled chicken with a very small vegetable medley for lunch. Dinner was a good helping of red rice with lean ground beef. Hydrated well all through out the day and took my vitamins.

Started out with a protein shake. Meal 2 was ham n'swiss on flatbread. Meal 3 was 2 slices of lean ham w/2slices of whole wheat bread. And finally meal #4 was some lean ground beef w/steamed white rice.

Lots of water and a 3 mile run!

Choo! Choo!  I think I can.... I think I can.... Keep it going... That is... Lol...

Today... We got about 45minutes of TaeBo in! Yay!!

Hydrated all day and ate 2 egg whites with whole wheat bread in the morning. Took my vitamins. And for my second meal, had a simple sandwich w/lean ham and a little lite mayo. Also had a handful of veggie chips.

Dinner? Really gotta' try harder not to cheat tonight. ONE day at a time...

Okay, NO work out at all again today. :(

Had a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on whole wheat bread for my second meal of the day at about 4pm and then a couple of small steak tacos for dinner @ 7pm. Then I had a piece of Mexican pan dulce with 1/2 a cup of coffee with the kiddos... What a horrible day for sustenance!

Being human is NOT a problem... Being human IS not a problem!

Yesterday... Cleaned house and prepared for guests for 5/6 hrs straight after the run to the store for last minute goodies.

Diet was not very good... One medium Chi Late and a croissant @ 1pm and then a couple of tostadas @ about 8pm with a bit of rice. And yes, shared a bottle of wine with good friends.

Monday's breakfast was a biscuit with 2 slices of lean ham and water. :/ tisk, tisk...

Do I get a workout in? Do I eat some good fuel for strength??? I'll check in later tonight or tomorrow.
