Got the Cardio Recovery done yesterday... and a good meal plan done. Hydrating has been good yesterday and today... But there is no time for 'Insanity' thus far... Maybe after the conference track meet this evening. Lol...
Those squat holds and lunge holds for cardio recovery were tough. Almost didn't get all the way through them... but I was able to barely push through.
