Weight off and time to strengthen and tone

This is me now... Best weight since high school... As a matter of fact I weigh what I did in high school AND fit loosely in the size I wore back then. (Not quite as muscular as I once was) Lol
The goal now; tone, firm up, strengthen & condition!!
Goal date for results... Mother's Day!!

So now the REAL trick is going to be to stay focused and determined. Eat clean and incorporate training.

Today's breakfast: 2 egg whites w/a cup of hot water and lemon
Lunch: Power Juice (fresh all natural veggies w/some fruit)
Dinner: Another juice or balanced meal
(Still have to plan that) :)

What am I training for?! LIFE!!!

Today my better half and I started a Kettle Bell routine to rev up our metabolism AND we are 'officially' OFF our juicing fast!

I am proud to report that he has lost 14lbs in 10 days and my total was 11lbs... =D

We are looking to keep juicing once or twice a day and incorporate a balanced meal in the evening.

The Isotonix cocktail is back in our morning routine because if it's unbelievable properties and we are off!!!
