Today was the Insanity fitness test again... I made it through the whole thing!!!! AND my numbers HaVe gotten better. Yeah!!! Later on tonight (about 11 p.m.) o_O I'm hitting the gym for a tread mill work out or some upper body strength training w/ my baby and our bebe. ( It should be the strength training... )
Hydrated well all day and got my vitamins in. Meal # 1 was a croissant w/green tea (and great company!) Meal #2 was some of the dry grain cereal. Meal #3 was 5 small baked chicken meatballs. Meal #4 will be a b-b-que boneless rib meat sandwich w/low fat shredded cheese (or two). After the gym... at about 12:30/1:00am... I may have a little protein shake...
