Had a nice 5 mile run yesterday and it was the first work out I've had in about a week. Really have to get better with my 'body for life' that I am trying to find!!! Lol...
Today there will be no work out but I am aiming to start a more formal regimen on Monday incorporating my running with the strength training of the body-for-life method, the circuit training in the Insanity program and the cardio of the old school TaeBo. NoT easy!!! But I do want to manage some of all of it from Monday through the 31st of March. Then see what I have achieved and go on from there to make changes to secure my "by the time I am 40... I want... " goals. ;)
Hydrating throughout the day and getting my butt kicked with late nights at the gym. ALL worth it since my baby is joining me for gym work outs now...
****** AGAIN... If any one needs or wants any kind of advise or help from one person to another that is trying to make changes... DO NoT hesitate to ask! *******************************************
