Side note:
Those squat holds and lunge holds for cardio recovery were tough. Almost didn't get all the way through them... but I was able to barely push through.
This blog had begun as a"BodyForLife" journal @ the start & has transformed to an "ANYTHING GOES" journal. Anything from diet, to exercise, to emotions go on here. I am truly inspired to succeed with feeling strong and healthy. My hope is that I can also ignite you. Now, I have to admit that many of the ideas will be more self motivated and real life ups and downs! But truth is, I am head strong on the ideal that if You Believe, then you WILL Achieve!
