Well... It's been '13' DAYS since my last work out!!! Smh!!! Motivation just wasn't there... ate what I wanted when I wanted and I hate that my mini-muffin top reappeared! :(
Today I ran a 1/4 of a Marathon!!! 6.5 miles!!! The last time I ran, I seemed to have strained my right glute... THAT did NOT help much in the motivation department. But it's a thing of the past...
Today I ate some fried rice for brunch with a glass of water. Took my vitamins and had a small homemade sub for dinner with a glass of water. Had an additional 5/6 servings of water and my evening glass of red wine!
Hopefully I can do something tomorrow and really get rolling on Monday again... promises! Promises!! Ha!
