About Me

My photo
The way I see it, the time is NOW... for change to come & happiness, health & strength to be found. As of 2012, this has only changed in the way that I have stumbled upon an amazing at home business venture that has given me the avenue to ACTUALLY help transform peoples lives. Funny thing is, that's been my goal all along. So now I not only share who I am here but what I do. The fact is that anyone of you can actually find your happiness & success thru allowing the right connections to occur in your life. If you are on my blog... you made it here because you are looking to shift, strive, smile &/or change. Well now, I can help guide you to do any & all of the above thru personal motivation, life changing products with an outstanding reputation & LONG list of testimonials, substantial savings with our shopping annuity & incredible business opportunities to actually call your own... While never having to leave the security of your current J O B! Never be afraid to give something you know nothing about a chance; at least to hear about it. Then you can make an educated decision to pass it up not an ignorant one. The opportunities exist.

Confessions of a Dreamer

Therapy. THAT'S what comes to mind for this post. So if I'm ALL over the place with it, I apologize in advance. ...yes, I am a sharer by nature but realistically, I hope to inspire and motivate you to understand yourself better and live better without thinking that you are alone.

Slightly high blood pressure, rapid pulse and other little symptoms have come up in the last month that needed tending.

"Get better organized."
Fact: When everything and everyone matters a great deal to any ONE person, there is an App missing to cover the amount of organization and detail needed.

"Where there is a will; there is always a way."
Fact: Damn right! ...but be prepared to have a 12 round fight with life itself! Cause it WON'T be easy.

"Meditate and find a way to relax more."
Fact: When you have a BIG family, (including the husband ;) and are involved in EVERY intricate part of their lives along with being an Entrepreneur, there comes a point where relaxation and meditation are just NOT easy to come by.

"Put yourself in God's hands and let him take the wheel."
Fact: No matter how much your mind and soul agree with this AND comply full hearted; the body may just not be willing to cooperate.

These are ALL quotes which I consistently stand behind and pretty much live by.

That having been disclosed...
(Along with the fact that I go out of my way continuously to try and live life without being selfish or self centered) ...cause THAT'S how my God and my Momma teach me to strive to be.

"ME FIRST!" ...is the quote of the day from now on since my body gives me no other real choice.

I HAVE to listen to it... My prayer, meditating, exercising and fueling HAS to get done to be able to help Change the World.

Yes, I know. I AM a Dreamer... But only through dreaming it, visualizing it and believing it can it actually become a reality.

Start here first and see the endless ways that you can leave your imprint in this life.

DARE TO DREAM ALONG?!?!

Promise of Spring and a little history that you may not have known...

St. Patrick's Day and its promise of spring is an especially welcome relief for millions of Americans who have suffered through one of the coldest winters in recent memory.

Right?!

But did you know that the 'real' St. Patrick wasn't even Irish?!

According to a great National Geopraphic article that I found, he was born in Britain around A.D. 390 to an aristocratic Christian family that owned a townhouse, a country villa, and plenty of slaves.

What's more, Patrick professed no interest in Christianity as a young boy.

The author of this article, Freeman, noted that Patrick's story really was interesting since at the young age of 16, his world was turned upside down: He was kidnapped and sent overseas to tend sheep as a slave for seven years in the chilly, mountainous countryside of Ireland.

"It was just horrible for him," Freeman said. "But he got a religious conversion while he was there and became a very deeply believing Christian."

According to folklore, a voice came to Patrick in his dreams, telling him to escape. He found passage on a pirate ship back to Britain, where he was reunited with his family.

The voice then told him to go back to Ireland.

"He gets ordained as a priest from a bishop, and goes back and spends the rest of his life trying to convert the Irish to Christianity," Freeman said.

Patrick's work in Ireland was tough—he was constantly being beaten by thugs, harassed by Irish royalty, and admonished by his British superiors. After he died on March 17, 461, Patrick was largely forgotten.

But slowly, mythology grew around Patrick, and centuries later he was honored as the patron saint of Ireland, Freeman noted.

Crazy how one can go from riches and no belief to hardship and full of Faith.. So much so that it became his life's work and made him known for centuries to come...

Cool little tid bit I thought I'd make certain to share on this beautifully COLD but sunny new day that many of us see as a promise for a Spring season not far off. I hope that you enjoyed the read.

Happy St. Patrick's Day to you all!!!

Defeat is only allowed if your perspective is weak

Today I WILL get a 20 minute work out in.
Today I WILL eat fresh cucumber and sweet potatoes and avocado and lean ground beef.
Today I WILL work on the computer.
Today I WILL clean my bathrooms.
Today I WILL wash two loads of laundry (and fold them)
Today I WILL get my dishes done.
Today I WILL be at my son's track meet.
Today I WILL leave dinner made before I leave.
Today I WILL be happy with what I accomplish.

I guess I should shower and get going Today!

What are YOU determined to get done TODAY?!

Confessions of a REAL Life Coach struggling...

Holy Cow!!!! The Pandora setting for 'Shakira' ROCKS!!

The truth is, my body hit a (large) brick wall on Sunday/Monday. ...yes, even with my energy boosting Mochatonix in my morning protein shake! :/
Came home from a long day at sectionals with my kiddo and my body just wanted to give out. The sleepy time, she came. I felt beat down! Took a 4 hr nap... Got up, saw that my eldest had bought pizza for lunch/dinner... (Thanked The Lord above) and got back to bed by 9:30/10pm! O_o
Monday I felt very little difference. I felt like I was dragging my soul behind me ( very far behind me ) all day long. So, yes... I napped again for a couple of hours.
...the human body is a marvelous thing. It will flick you off in a heart beat if you don't respect it appropriately! o_O

Needless to say, no work really got done, no dishes or laundry or (well, I did prep a clean meal for my beautiful crew and got out to see my pops at the home. And took my kiddo into the chiropractor)
But still, didn't have 'my' kind of productive day. A first work out in months was supposed to have gone down and THAT DID NOT HAPPEN. :(

Thankfully, the dawn of a new day occurred and Pandora exists.
...I did not CrossFit or get out for a run.

I simply washed my dishes, danced my butt off for THREE songs broke for two (got my laundry load switched by running up and down the staircase to grab more cloths a couple of times as I caught my breath) danced/exercised for THREE more kick a** songs and I succeeded at elevating my heart rate TWICE for 10mins at a time!!!
I GOT MY WORK OUT IN!!! BOOM!!

LONG story short:
Listen to your body.
Fuel right.
Get adequate rest.
Make your workout your own.

THAT'S how 'real' people beat the everyday realistic struggle of getting it done. (You are NOT alone)

Peace in the body goes hand in hand with peace in the mind and soul

This is now day 4 of our groups detox!!!
One person never bothered to weigh in but is feeling lighter on his feet, another has lost 8 lbs and I am at 6lbs lost!!!

This is NOT about loosing weight!!!
This first step is about cleansing the body of toxins, creating a clean slate for our pallets and rewiring our thought process on nourishing and fueling ourselves!

Some are ending at day 5. Some are taking it to day 7. Either way, I am beyond proud of all the extra effort that my group has set forth and am looking forward to our life long journey of healthy living together!!!

Always remember that if you choose; you never need to take this battle on alone!

Happy Blogging!!
