That way you can keep going all week long.<br /><br />If you are felling sore... protein shakes are the way to go. They help repair your muscles. (You can find some for $30 on shop.com/changeforlifeshoppe) And it tastes good... not to mention your cash back... oh, and the fact that if you put enough healthy stuff in it, like oatmeal and fruit... it can count as a meal. ;)<br /><br />Let me know how Tuesday treats you mujer... <br />Keep up the great efforts!!
